If in 2023 an experienced developer could count on growth, then as of 2026 salaries in all categories (except beginners) have significantly decreased.
According to Djinni data, the only category where salaries have not changed since 2023 is beginners with up to 1 year of experience: they remain stable at $500.
A noticeable drop is observed among beginners with up to 2 years of experience: from $850 in 2023 to $500 in 2026.
There is also a steady annual decline in salaries for Middle-level specialists (2–3 years of experience): from $2,000 in 2023 to $1,000 in 2026. That is, in three years, the median salary in this category has halved.
Negative dynamics are also characteristic of specialists with 3 to 5 years of experience. After a decrease from $3,000 to $2,500 in 2024, the level held for a year, but in 2026 it fell to $2,000.

Salaries for professionals with 5–7 years of experience were stable — at $4,000 — for three years, but in 2026 there was a sharp collapse to $3,000 (–25%).
The highest-paid category also suffered. Specialists with more than 7 years of experience could expect an average of $5,000 in 2023–2024. But in 2025, the median fell to $4,500 and remained at that level in 2026.
