Which areas of Ukrainian business use AI the most and why - research

According to the study , 67.2% of companies surveyed have used AI and plan to do so in the future. 25.6% said they are using the technology. Only 1.9% of respondents said they are not using AI, and 5.3% are only planning to.

Here are the top 5 areas where they plan to continue using AI:

• wholesale and retail trade — 94.1%;
• advertising, marketing, PR — 86.7%;
• finance — 77.8%;
• education — 76.9%;
• services (except IT and telecom) — 75%.

Companies most often use AI for data and market analysis and forecasting, but security and cybersecurity remain at the bottom.

62% of businesses report a positive impact of AI on productivity and economic performance.

Automation of routine tasks is the main motive for implementing AI.
