This was reported by the state enterprise "National Information Systems".
"Due to power outages at one of the data processing centers, temporary disruptions in stable access to certain Unified and State Registers, the holder of which is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, are possible," the message says.
The Unified and State Registers of the information network of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine contain 18 resources:
- Unified State Register of Regulatory and Legal Acts
- Register of special document forms of the information system of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
- Unified register of special forms of notarial documents
- Unified Register of Notaries of Ukraine
- Inheritance register
- Unified register of powers of attorney
- State Register of Encumbrances on Movable Property
- Unified register of public organizations
- Register of certified forensic experts
- Register of forensic examination methods
- Unified register of enterprises against which bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated
- Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations
- Register of public associations
- Unified register of public organizations
- State Register of Civil Status Acts of Citizens
- State Register of Real Property Rights
- Automated enforcement system

It is noted that measures are currently being taken to restore and stabilize power supply.
