YouTube delivers buttons to Ukrainian creators

Let us remind you that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Ukrainian content creators have not received awards from YouTube: they were not delivered due to hostilities.

"Recently, Ukrainian creators turned to the Ministry of Digital Affairs with a request, after which active communication with the Ukrainian Google team began. The request was taken into consideration by the YouTube team - and we have a positive decision. Starting in January 2025, Ukrainian authors can again receive awards from YouTube," said the head of the Ministry of Digital Affairs, Mykhailo Fedorov.

Creators can check their status and learn about next steps by filling out the form .

How it works:

• The silver button will be awarded to creators of channels with over 100,000 subscribers. The button is made of nickel-plated metal.
• The gold button is awarded to authors who have over 1 million subscribers. It is made of gold-plated metal.
• The Diamond button will be awarded to channels with 10 million subscribers. It has a crystal-like appearance with a metal base.

Buttons are not delivered to Russia, Belarus, Iran, and North Korea.
