As noted in the analytical material by Opendatabot, the number of fines has increased significantly since April — over the past three months, they have increased by as much as 11,000.
It was April that became the record month for the number of fines — there were 5,682 of them, while an average of 4,700 new proceedings appeared each month.
At the same time, a kind of record was set in the Chernihiv region, when eight proceedings for violation of military registration rules were opened against one person.
Almost all proceedings concern men, as only 46 proceedings have been opened against women in the entire country, which is 0,16% of their total number.
The capital Kyiv confidently leads in terms of the number of fines issued — 3,835 proceedings have been recorded since the beginning of 2025. Dnipropetrovsk (2,984), Sumy (2,464) and Odesa (2,438) regions follow in terms of the number of proceedings.
