The public procurement platform Zakupivli.Pro has introduced «Zakupaiko» — an AI assistant that automates routine processes. It optimizes work scenarios and is one of the tools in the company’s AI ecosystem.
The developers explain that the tool aims to help users navigate the site, simplify work with tenders and documentation, clarify legislative requirements, and reduce the burden on the procurement process. «Zakupaiko» is available on the Zakupivli.Pro website and in Telegram.
Main functions of the AI assistant for public procurement:

At the same time, the team continues to invest in developing new solutions that integrate artificial intelligence even deeper into users' daily work,» said Natalia Kovaleva, director of Zakupivli.Pro.
Previously, the company created a number of AI-based solutions for public procurement — from AI-based tender search to an AI assistant for electricity suppliers.
AI requirements analysis is currently in the final stages of development. It will scan all tender documentation and compile a list of key requirements. The user will be able to download the results to Excel, eliminating the need for manual searching in large files.
Zakupivli.Pro is one of the public and commercial procurement platforms in the Prozorro system.
