I use Notion for everything that needs to be saved for a long time, there’s even a Kanban board.

Low-Tech/High-Touch. Notepad, pen. I write, I draw.
We work in a cloud, where you can send messages to yourself. It’s convenient to write a task in separate messages, and then put a smiley face on it, for me — a green check mark is completed, there is a work in progress smiley, an arrow — I’m moving it to the next day. I can also write out a week. It’s also convenient to review the history.

I bought a planner notebook, it’s really nice. I sit and look at it, but now I feel bad writing in it.
In general, I used various tools: Trello, Evernote, Asana, Google Tasks, Apple Notes, and paper diaries.
Currently, I organize my tasks in Notion (I really like the organization of the environment inside Notion) + by hand in reMarkable (it is important for me to record some things by hand).
But for tasks like going to the store to buy groceries, Notepad on your phone is ideal.)
Asana. I got used to it at one company, so I’ve been using it for personal purposes for several years now.
