He said this in an interview with Ukrainska Pravda.
«They have limited Starlink, they have their own satellite system and they already have prototypes of analogues of this Starlink-type signal amplification,» stated Magyar.
According to him, these Russian solutions are far from perfect now, but over time they will be improved and will perform their functions.
«Yes, they are bad, they are easily detected, they are large and so on. But it is a matter of time. They will evolve in a year and will have their own alternative network along the entire front line,» the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces is convinced.
As dev.ua wrote, after losing access to the Starlink terminals, the enemy army faced significant problems in managing its troops. The main consequence was that the actions of the occupiers became much slower and less flexible.
Meanwhile, Russia is testing an alternative to Starlink: Rassvet satellites are already regularly flying over Ukraine.
In March, the Russian Federation launched the first batch of Internet satellites to create its own network like Starlink.
