Self App, an application for daily mental health "training," has been launched in Ukraine. These are simple and accessible practices for working with the inner world in the form of exercises, the purpose of which is to help find one's own meanings and desires, become aware of conflicts, relieve stress, and prevent burnout.
The application's press release notes that according to the study , about 9.6 million Ukrainians are at risk or already have mental health problems, 3.9 million of them with moderate or severe symptoms. At the same time, more than 80% of Ukrainians have never visited a psychologist or psychotherapist, even despite such manifestations as irritability, poor sleep, anxiety, and chronic stress.
Therefore, the mission of Self App is to make taking care of mental health as natural as physical health, and to give everyone the tools to move from chaos and overthinking to clarity, independence, and responsibility for their own lives.
Self App helps overcome:
searching for oneself and inner stability;
anxiety, burnout, procrastination;
difficulties in relationships with oneself and with others;
adaptation after important life changes;
chaos and lack of balance, creating new useful habits.
Self App co-founder Viktoriya Polovinko, a psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience, explains: “Most solutions focus on support or therapy after the problem has escalated. We create an ecosystem of Self-intelligence — daily practices that develop thinking, clarity, and inner strength before the crisis gets out of control. These are practices that teach you not to avoid internal conflicts, but to work with your traumatic experience and transform it into a life of your own destiny.”
The application is currently available in the AppStore and Play Market , and is in beta testing.
