The mobile operator's application has been working intermittently since this morning, probably at 6:39, as can be seen from the screenshot.
Partner services are also not launched, including Uklon, Home Internet, Helsi, and Kyivstar TV. The latter works in the desktop version.
People also report that they are not receiving SMS messages, in particular from banks, and that there are problems with their personal account.
The company's press service reported: "Due to a minor technical failure, there were temporary restrictions on the operation of certain client services today. Currently, the systems have been restored, and the company is operating normally."
