President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed an extension of tax and customs benefits for the next year, writes People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak. Including for drones and components. We are talking about draft laws on amendments to the Tax Code 12266 and the Customs Code 12267.
According to the extended terms, it is expected:
— Exemption from customs duties for components imported for the production of ammunition and projectiles;
— Continuation of benefits for the import of UAVs, night vision devices, and anti-drone rifles;
— Expansion of benefits to components for all drones - land, water, and not just UAVs.
The changes also include the support of benefactors and volunteers. Namely:
— The ability for non-profit organizations to assist military personnel and their families without losing their status;
— Funds raised by volunteers are exempt from personal income tax if transferred to charitable foundations;
— Benefits for employees of non-profit organizations (up to 5% of income).
The adopted documents also provide for the extension of VAT benefits for Ukrainian cinema during martial law, the abolition of assessments for the used car market, and the full fiscalization of the gambling business.
