The company reported earnings per share of $3.08 on revenue of $1.394 billion, up $226.8 million, or 19.4%, from a year earlier. That beat analysts’ estimates of $3.03 per share and $1.37 billion in revenue.
In the fourth quarter, EPAM expects revenue to grow by 11.1% — from $1.38 billion to $1.395 billion.
Net income was $106.8 million. This amount is higher than the previous quarter ($88 million) , but lower than the same period in 2024 ($136.3 million).
As of September 30, 2025, the total number of employees was approximately 62,350, which is 0.5% more than as of June 30, 2025. Of these, approximately 56,100 are IT specialists.
