«We have launched a new payment for Ukrainians who find themselves in difficult life circumstances. As part of Winter Support, the state provides UAH 6,500 to buy warm clothes, medicines, and prepare for the cold season,» said Mykhailo Fedorov, head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, commenting on the launch of the program.

You can also submit an application offline at the Pension Fund. To do this, you need to come to the nearest PFU branch with your «Diya.Kartka» or another card with a special account, and employees will help you complete the application.
Applications will be accepted until December 17, 2025. The money received can be spent on warm clothing, shoes, medicines, and vitamins for 180 days.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke about a new package of «winter support» for citizens. This time, it will include special «transport support» UZ-3000.
