The 3rd AK is an operational-tactical formation of the Ground Forces, created in March 2025 on the basis of the 3rd separate assault brigade. The corps holds a 150 km front in the Kharkiv region and actively implements the latest technologies to increase combat capability and save the lives of soldiers.

Analyst
Responsibilities: analyzing data from various sources, collecting information about the enemy, working with maps, analyzing the operational situation, maintaining official documentation, identifying key patterns and trends.
Requirements:
Confident PC user, Microsoft Word and Excel;
the ability to present the text logically and structured;
attention to detail, ability to work in a team;
willingness to learn;
Experience in analytical work or working with digital products in the civil sector is an advantage;
programming skills, experience in IT, system administration or building local networks is an advantage;
Understanding of the military field or military experience is an advantage.
QA Automation
Responsibilities: development and maintenance of test infrastructure and pipelines, reproduction and documentation of software and infrastructure problems, development of testing strategies, implementation of automated tests.
Requirements:
in-depth knowledge of testing theory and test design techniques;
in-depth knowledge of Python, experience in writing automated test scripts;
experience in building testing processes according to product needs;
deep understanding of testing solutions based on microservice architectures;
experience with automated UI testing tools;
API testing skills and testing integrations between systems;
experience with log and metrics tracking tools;
basic Linux skills and understanding of computer networking principles.
Python/Odoo Developer
Responsibilities: participation in the development and support of software products, development and support of integrations with other systems.
Requirements:
2+ years of commercial Python development or own Python projects lasting over a year;
experience working with at least one Python web framework;
experience with PostgreSQL — experience with Linux (ideally Ubuntu/Debian);
knowledge of HTML, JS, CSS, SCSS, TypeScript;
database design skills;
understanding asynchronous programming;
good knowledge of Git, basic understanding of CI/CD;
basic skills in writing automated tests in Python;
English at the level of reading technical documentation;
familiarity with Odoo or other ERP systems is an advantage;
familiarity with JS frameworks (Vue, React, OWL) is an advantage;
Experience with Message Broker systems (RabbitMQ, etc.) is an advantage.
DevSecOps
Responsibilities: threat modeling and application security testing (Web, API, Backend), setting up logging and monitoring systems, checking architecture for vulnerabilities, auditing configurations, analyzing incidents, implementing security solutions.
Requirements:
good understanding of the principles of building computer networks, knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, VPN;
experience in administering Linux servers, configuring firewalls (ufw, fail2ban, apparmor);
understanding of cloud systems architecture (AWS, GCP) and practical experience working with them;
Strong knowledge of Ansible, Docker, Bash, experience in implementing CI/CD;
experience working with monitoring and centralized logging systems;
Experience with vulnerability scanning and remediation tools;
Knowledge of OWASP, NIST, CIS security standards is desirable;
experience in configuring and administering RabbitMQ;
advantage;
Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
DevOps
Responsibilities: deployment and support of Linux servers (bare metal, VM, containers), development and support of CI/CD processes (GitHub CI, GitLab CI), monitoring setup (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, OpenTelemetry), organization of backup and recovery, incident response.
Requirements:
work experience in similar positions of at least 2 years;
Linux knowledge at the administrator level;
understanding the basics of local and global networks;
experience with Ansible, Docker, PostgreSQL, Nginx;
experience in configuring monitoring, backup and logging systems;
Bash and Python scripting skills;
understanding of cybersecurity principles;
understanding the principles of centralized authorization systems (LDAP, AD, IPA, KeyCloak);
Experience with Kubernetes is an advantage;
RabbitMQ administration experience is an advantage;
Experience in deploying virtualization systems is an advantage;
Experience in implementing a cyber protection system is an advantage.
Terms of Service
mobilization or contract. Transfer of active military personnel is possible with the consent of the commander. Candidates with limited fitness (according to the conclusion of the Military Medical Service) and with the status of SZCH are considered.
