The man claims that he has been on military service since 2022 and has not violated anything.
On May 27, he came to the hospital to visit his wife and got into an argument with the doctor. «The dialogue escalated into a conflict. Unfortunately, the situation escalated: I was grabbed by the doctor and a security guard, one of whom used force. The doctor was choking me by the throat, I almost fainted, and the security guard was holding my hands! I even had physical injuries (a bruise on my neck), which I showed to the police,» the man shares on the DOU forum. According to the specialist, understanding that the main thing was to help my wife, I did not file any complaints and agreed to an administrative report.
«But after that, the police officer who was present at the execution misled me, saying that I was supposedly „wanted,“ and handed me over to the Central Criminal Investigation Center, where I was illegally detained and forcibly mobilized without a full medical examination to the Department of Internal Affairs,» says the AIT resident. He claims that the police officer promised that the procedure itself would take a few minutes and that he would be able to return home to take care of his 10-year-old daughter.
«What did I get in return? The label 'Escaped', oh my god, I really wanted to cry! I was detained illegally, without a court order, and forcibly taken to the CCC. My wife didn’t even know where I was until June 1,» the man says.
According to him, he did not undergo a full medical examination, did not take a blood test, did not sign the VLK conclusion, and has officially documented chronic diseases. Aityvets wrote a statement to appeal the VLK decision on the same day, but he was still registered as mobilized.
«I wanted to serve. I’m not afraid. But I wanted to do it responsibly — in a technical position, in my specialty, where I would bring more benefit. I believed that the state wants efficiency, not just the „number of bodies.“ I sincerely supported the Armed Forces of Ukraine, supported the Ministry of Digital, supported Ukraine. My loved ones serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they left themselves, they didn’t run away! I also looked for vacancies for myself. But in return, I received humiliation, ignoring my rights, violation of the Constitution and laws, distortion of the very idea of service,» the IT worker summarizes.
He says he has reached out to Digital Transformation Minister Mykhailo Fedorov for help, and is also asking for support from the IT community. «I want to serve, to do it honestly and responsibly, not when I am being misled and lied to!» he wrote.
