What is known about registration?
On January 10, 2025, the legal entity «Representative Office of TWP Ukraine LLC in Ukraine» was registered at the address Kyiv, Lypkivskyi Vasyl Mytropolyta St., according to YouControl data.
The registration indicates two types of activities: provision of other information services (KVED 63.99) and activities of news agencies (KVED 63.91).
The authorized person of the legal entity is Makhyna Maksym Vasilyovych, director and owner of the law firm «Gryshchenko and Partners», founded in 2005, according to Opendatabot .
Who is the ultimate beneficiary?
99.9% of the authorized capital belongs to Bezos' ultimate beneficiary, Jeffrey Preston, the founder of Amazon and the space company Blue Origin.
The address of the parent company «TWP Ukraine ELELSI» is listed as 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, Delaware, USA.
At least 285,000 individual companies were registered at this address, including Google, Apple, American Airlines, General Motors, The Coca-Cola, Walmart, and more.
