This was recalled by the Minister of Economy, Oleksiy Sobolev, reports Economic Truth.
"This time, enterprises will also be given three months to confirm their criticality. That is, they must go through this mechanism by September 1," Sobolev noted.
He noted that the mechanism for business has already been worked out and the documents are ready, so the procedure will not last longer than during the previous re-registration in December 2024.
Sobolev emphasized that businesses should not constantly undergo this procedure. At the same time, he called the frequency of review once every year and a half justified, since the realities of martial law are constantly transforming.
