Last year, almost 3,000 vacancies for work in the Defense Forces were posted on the OLX Robota website, and about 30,000 candidates responded to them, Economic Truth writes , citing the company's response.
Among military specialties, the most popular positions were for drivers, gunners, UAV operators, commanders, and medics. Vacancies for service in air defense units, FPV drone operators, and cooks received the most responses.
The average salary offered for such positions was 70,000 UAH, for PPO — 60,000 UAH, and for instructors and accountants — 35–36,000 UAH.
Significant activity in responding to advertisements for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine was observed in densely populated regions, such as Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Kharkiv, and Lviv regions.
It is reported that since the second half of 2024, there has been an increase in demand for vacancies from individual military brigades. For example, thanks to the platform, one of the units was able to fully form a group of UAV operators.
