CEO and co-founder of Liki24 Anton Avrynskyy told in which business processes of his company AI plays a key role.
He shared this on the Builders YouTube channel.
«There are thousands of sellers, they sell some of the same goods. We need to map these goods, and even between different countries. Manually, it takes a very long time and is very expensive, and it is impossible to do this in large volumes,» Avrynsky noted.
According to him, Liki24 has long used internal automatic algorithms to close this process, but with the advent of AI, it was possible to improve them.
Another example of the large-scale application of AI at Liki24, Avrynskyi called solving logistical problems.
«We are able to collect goods from different sellers for our clients, assemble them into one order, and then build a supply chain between different countries. We managed to do this many times faster and cheaper than large logistics companies do because they have fixed routes, and we use „champions“ for each element of the route. For this, we also use certain algorithms, which contain AI,» said the co-founder of Liki24.
Avrinsky called the work of support teams the third extremely important process for applying AI.
«When we started scaling the support team and adding new support languages, we had several people for each language, and it was very difficult. Gradually, we transformed it, and here AI plays a huge role. AI closes a large percentage of requests completely,» added Anton Avrynsky.
Recall that in early September, Anton Avrynsky announced the launch of the platform in the United Kingdom, and this market has already entered the top five in terms of revenue for Liki24.
In July, health product search and delivery service Liki24 received a $50 million valuation after raising $9 million in funding.
