«These are services such as eMalyatko, Diya.Pypsy, automatic opening of a sole proprietorship, certificates, extracts, and others. The potential effect is even greater — 75 billion UAH if everyone receives services online,» Fedorov noted in a post on his TG channel.
At the same time, the government official referred to research data from the Civitta company, which calculated the effectiveness of digitalization of 87 services in «Diya».
According to him, online services are 6 times cheaper than offline ones.
«For comparison: the average cost of an offline service is 1,583 hryvnias. In „Diya“ it is 242 hryvnias, 6 times less. This difference is created by lost time, collecting stacks of papers, photocopies, and queues,» the First Deputy Prime Minister is convinced.
As dev.ua recently reported, the Ministry of Digital Affairs' plan for 2025–2026, approved the day before , envisages the launch of up to 50 new electronic services in «Diya».
Before that, dev.ua wrote that the Cabinet of Ministers approved a new procedure for the automated issuance and sending of summonses, which should eliminate legal «gray areas» and allow the state to scale the mobilization process.
