How it works:
The "Try on" option appears in the chat window next to any product card or clothing offer.
After clicking the button, the user is prompted to upload a selfie and a full-length photo.
In addition to the products offered by the chatbot itself, you can use a regular screenshot of any thing from the Internet for generation.
According to OpenAI, the virtual fitting is powered by a new image generation model, ChatGPT Images 2.5, which the company unveiled in September, Engadget reports . Along with this feature, the developers have also added the ability to save your favorite items to your own “Library” in the app for quick access in the future.
Users are reminded to be careful when uploading personal photos: by default, any photos uploaded from a personal account can be used by the company to train new models, unless you have disabled this option in the settings.
