«It’s time to say ‘thank you.’ Today I am completing my professional journey at Nova Group. It has been an incredible period — 13 years of growth, development, and constant challenges,» he wrote on LinkedIn.
Doroshenko said that he joined the company as a transport dispatcher, and is leaving as CIO.
«During this time, my team and I have implemented dozens of large-scale projects, created and implemented our own IT systems, built, built, broke, built, and lived life,» Andriy noted.
According to him, the most valuable thing in Nova Poshta is its people. «They are the ones who keep the brand, create products, dream, inspire and are inspired. The most difficult thing is to say goodbye to them. Ahead are new challenges, victories and achievements. I am leaving with immense gratitude for the experience, trust, support and inspiration, the opportunity to make mistakes and win, for my family,» he noted.
In August, the CEO of the financial company NovaPay, Andriy Kryvoshapko, resigned .
In July, Nova Poshta announced the termination of cooperation with Oleksandr Bulba, who had worked for the company for 22 years and had been CEO for the last 10 years. It also dismissed the CEO of Nova Poshta in Poland, Serhiy Karputyev. Jakub Karon became the head of Nova Poshta in Poland. This is the first time that the company has appointed a local top manager to the position of CEO.
And at the end of June , Novaya Poshta underwent a large-scale layoff, affecting more than 20 communications specialists. This was reported to dev.ua by several sources familiar with the situation.
