This is reported by Forbes Ukraine, citing the responses of the Genesis press service. It is noted that the decision was not spontaneous, and the transition period lasted the entire year of 2024.
As of January 1, 2025, Artem Kopanev ceased to perform the duties of Chief Operating Officer at Genesis. «I have fulfilled the tasks set for me by the founders and shareholders,» he commented. Kopanev had worked in this position since 2021. His functions at Genesis were divided between co-CEO Vasyl Ulyanov and Chief Growth Officer Oleksiy Nishchyk.
Artem Kopanev is currently developing his own startup, Duomo, whose product is a religious app for spiritual development with over 100,000 downloads. «This is an organic step for both him and the company,» said Genesis CEO Volodymyr Mnogoletny.
Kopanev announced Duomo last spring. According to him, it is a platform for personal and spiritual development, «built on the foundation of Christian ethics, Bible study in a convenient format, and prayers.»
Duomo also has an AI assistant that helps users understand the text of the Bible. «Everything that happens to a person is explained from the perspective of how the Bible sees it», — Kopanev explained.
Duomo costs $23 per month to subscribe to. The company plans to add transactions for individual services, such as consultations with pastors.
