Ukrainian IT professionals most want to work at Grammarly, but programmers are more attracted to NVIDIA

The DOU publication published a study analyzing where Ukrainian IT specialists want to work most.
The study is based on a survey of 4,363 Ukrainian IT professionals of all specializations. As in previous years, Grammarly (which was renamed Superhuman) is the most desirable company to work for.
Top 10 companies where IT professionals from Ukraine most want to work:
- Grammarly — 69% of respondents.
- NVIDIA — 62%.
- mono — 69%.
- MacPaw — 55%.
- Ajax Systems — 52%.
- SoftServe — 55%.
- Genesis — 45%.
- Sloping — 50%.
- EPAM — 47%.
- GlobalLogic — 45%.
Overall, companies maintained their positions compared to previous years' research. The only company in the top 25 to show the greatest growth was Solidgate.
By position, among developers, the most desirable company to work for is NVIDIA, followed by mono and Grammarly. QA is most interested in SoftServe, GlobalLogic, Intellias and Ciklum, while HR, Marketing and Sales want to work at Grammarly, MacPaw and BetterMe.
