The Djinni platform is changing the rules for working with candidates who do not respond to recruiters' offers. From now on, instead of completely disabling the accounts of specialists, they will be transferred to passive search mode.
The new status provides the candidate with all the standard features of the platform. The only difference is that recruiters will see a special mark "In passive search" and will understand that the candidate may not respond promptly, Djinni explains .
As before: if a candidate did not respond to a message within 7 days, the search was paused. Another 14 days without a response resulted in the profile being automatically deactivated.
What's happening now (for professionals with 2 years of experience or more): 7 days without a response — search pause and warning letter; another 7 days without a response — automatic transition to the "In passive search" status (instead of deactivation).
For candidates with less than two years of experience, the algorithm remains unchanged - their profiles will continue to be deactivated if they do not respond to offers.
