AI-powered tools are making online shopping much faster and easier. AI is also increasingly influencing the way people discover new products: almost 2 in 5 (38%) have discovered brands or products thanks to AI.
At the same time, Ukrainians are currently wary of automated financial transactions. Only 10% of consumers are willing to agree to full autonomy of AI agents in making payments, which indicates a serious lack of trust at the start of the era of agent commerce.
Despite this, AI is seen as a key ally in cybersecurity. Already today, 59% of respondents are convinced that artificial intelligence simplifies fraud detection, and in the future, 77% of citizens predict it will play a crucial role in protecting against attackers.
