EPAM presented its first quarter 2025 results report.
According to the report, the company’s revenue grew to $1.302 billion (+11.7%)., which is $136.2 million more than in the previous year ($1.165 billion).
If we consider the company’s revenue by geographical indicators:
For the first three months of 2025, the company’s net income amounted to $73.5. In the first quarter of 2024, this figure reached $116.2. That is, there was a decrease of $42.7 million. The largest figure was in the third quarter of last year — $136.3 million.
The company employs 61,700 people, of which over 55,600 are designers, engineers, and consultants from over 55 countries.
For comparison, in the first quarter of 2024, the staff numbered 52,800 employees, and in the fourth quarter — 61,200.
The report also states that as of the end of 2024, the company employed 55,100 delivery specialists, including:
Europe — 27,850;
India — 10,050;
America — 9,900;
Central and West Asia, and the rest of the world — 7,300.
We previously reported that 61,200 people in the state are a record number for EPAM since 2022 and what could have influenced such an increase.
According to the results of 2024, EPAM Systems and EPAM Digital took second and third positions in the top of Ukrainian IT companies with the highest revenue.
As a reminder, in early May, EPAM announced a change in management: the founder and chairman of the company’s board, Arkady Dobkin, is stepping down from the position of CEO as of September 1, 2025.
