The founder of the FRACTAL group of companies (formerly Netpeak Group), Artem Borodatyuk, announced a $1 million venture investment in the financial startup Finerd and spoke about open vacancies in his team.
«We already have several joint successful businesses, where my partner Radomir Novkovych was a co-founder. And here is also a niche where he has a unique background: for 15 years he has automated the finances of hundreds of companies — from small businesses to corporations. And he made his first exit almost 10 years ago with a product for financial accounting», Borodatyuk explained why he made this investment.
Finerd is a FinTech product company that creates an app for managing personal and business finances. The company says its product is designed for «financial nerds» who want to control their money with ease and maximum accuracy.

Among the advantages of their application, Finerd mentions: improved debt management, tracking of investments and assets, comprehensive transaction processing, and presence on various platforms — iOS, Android, Web.
«Access [to the Finerd application] will be invite-only. And even with an invite, not everyone will get in, but only those who pass the ‘financial nerd test’», said Artem Borodatyuk. The public launch is planned for the end of 2025.
The founder of FRACTAL added that Finerd is looking for a marketer to build a marketing infrastructure for the launch, based on invites and waiting lists.

Recall that earlier, Artem Borodatyuk’s FRACTAL group of companies acquired the influencer marketing agency WhyNot? Enot, which worked with clients such as Rozetka, Nova Poshta, and Intertop. After the deal, the company was headed by a new CEO, and the team partially changed.
