The system accepts text requests via messengers, matches them with menu items using an API, and instantly transfers them to the restaurant's POS system.

The system accepts text requests via messengers, matches them with menu items using an API, and instantly transfers them to the restaurant's POS system.
The AI Operator works completely autonomously, from the moment a customer is notified to the moment the order is sent to the kitchen. This is expected to allow restaurants to reduce staff costs and improve service speed in online channels.
GetOrder AI Operator is currently in an active testing phase. The team is improving the accuracy of order recognition, adaptability to the specifics of each restaurant's menu, and the speed of processing requests. Pilot integrations are planned to be launched in the near future.
