A digital navigation system has appeared on the Field of Honor in Lviv, which will help you find the burial place of each Hero.
Since October 2024, an information center has been operating at the Field of Honor in Lviv. The center’s managers help visitors navigate the cemetery and find burials. To simplify this process, the Lychakiv Cemetery Museum, together with GlobalLogic Ukraine and the Lviv City Council, has created an electronic database and a digital navigation system. About 1,000 visitors to the Field of Honorary Burials have already used the system.
GlobalLogic Ukraine engineers have developed software for a digital navigation board. In addition to navigation, the system also contains visual materials of the memorial complex that the Lviv City Council plans to create.
«The information center was an important step in preserving the memory of the fallen soldiers and creating proper conditions for relatives and friends during the visit to the graves.
