Reports of a problem with Google Ads balance replenishment appeared on social media last week.
The problem was that payments were made using the bank details, but the balance was not increasing.
"The problem is massive. Everyone who pays with bank details. There is no public communication from the Ukrainian office of Google. Support responds with template replies. Companies for which Google Ads provides the main flow of customers are simply left without advertising and without work," wrote marketer Denis Herman in Threads a few days ago.
So dev.ua reached out to Google Ukraine for comment, and today we received a response that the problem had been fixed.
"This has now been resolved, the problem was on the side of the banking sector," the Google Ukraine press service reported.
