The job advertisement for the specialist was published on the official employment platform Google Careers.
The main task of the future manager is to become a strategic partner and technical advisor to Google’s largest clients in Ukraine. The specialist will combine big data analytics with business strategies and help brands integrate the company’s advertising tools, including modern solutions based on artificial intelligence (AI-powered Performance, Video, CTV).
Candidate requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consulting, sales, or marketing (or 6 years with a master’s degree). Fluency in English and Ukrainian is also required for daily communication with local businesses.
Preference will be given to specialists with experience working with Google Ad Solutions. The candidate must know the SQL language, be able to work with databases, automate analytical reports, create dashboards, and conduct split tests (A/B testing) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Google’s Warsaw office is a key hub for the company’s work in the Central and Eastern Europe region, including with Ukrainian partners. Previously, the corporation actively supported the local ecosystem through the Google for Startups Ukraine Support Fund, allocating non-repayable financial grants and providing mentoring assistance to companies to scale their businesses.
