She reported this in an interview with Forbes Ukraine. According to her, by the end of 2025, Kyivstar will receive about 20% of its revenue from non-telecom sources. She added that the company has «strategic bets on certain industries that will help us gain the missing percentage».
«Helsi is not the last deal in the healthcare sector. We will definitely develop this direction for several years. This will be an entire ecosystem where the last mile will be present. At Helsi, we are investing in the development of B2C services. We have a separate team that works on product development. Soon patients will see them in the application», — Dronshkevych noted.
The Kyivstar Business Development Director stated that the company has already developed Kyivstar TV to the level of «the second player in the entertainment market».
«We are very interested in fintech, but it is a difficult story. We have a choice between an organic and an inorganic scenario. Fintech fits into our ecosystem. As for delivery, it already accounts for several percent of Uklon’s revenues. In the last mile niche, revenues are growing dozens of times,» says Zoya Dronshkevych.
According to her, Kyivstar is also interested in the Advertising Tech sector, where the company’s ecosystem can be an advantage and bring additional income.
Recall that in May, Kyivstar bought a stake in Helsi and almost completely concentrated control over the company, but left the current management model. According to YouControl, Kyivstar owned 69,99% of Helsi Ukraine LLC before the company acquired the stake of Samvel Hakobyan, who owned 26,9% through Ukrainian Investment Platform LLC.
Before that, in March, Kyivstar announced the signing of an agreement to purchase 97% of the corporate rights of the product IT company Uklon, which is the developer of an online platform and car ordering application.
