The top five with the largest staff include EVOPLAY, Genesis, Ajax Systems, Nova Digital, and TemaBit Fozzy Group. However, the top companies that hired the largest number of IT specialists in 2025 are a little different.

However, the top companies that hired the largest number of IT specialists in 2025 are a little different.
According to the rating of "50 largest product IT companies in Ukraine" by DOU , in 2025 the leader in the number of hired technical specialists is Genesis — +226 new IT specialists per year, this is due to the launch of new products and the development of existing ones. In total, the team has grown by 459 people.
In second place is mono — they hired over 200 IT specialists in 2025. Overall, the company rose from 25th place to 11th place in the year.
In third place is Silpo - an increase of over 170 IT workers.
Next are King Group and United Tech , which hired 130 and 111 more people, respectively. By the way, both companies were added to the ranking in 2025.
In terms of the number of technical specialists, SQUAD's staff decreased the most — by 217. Playrix is in second place — by 200 fewer. ISD is in third place — by 153. Playtika — by 110.

If we talk about the growth dynamics of these companies in general, 24% of them experienced active growth, and 26% experienced a noticeable decline.
Many of the food companies in the ranking plan to hire new specialists. One food company even aims to expand by 500-1,000 new specialists (last year there were none). Another six will hire 200-500 people.
