The co-founder of monobank, Oleg Horohovsky, criticized PrivatBank for allegedly disclosing data on payment transactions during the processing of the "thousands of wool".
"If you have opened a "National Cashback" card in Privat, it will not hurt you to find out what you have agreed to:

Here is this contract in full . Show it to your friends. It's not too late to fix it — other banks don't do that," the entrepreneur said.
"PrivatBank, like all banks participating in the "National Cashback" program, transmits only information regarding transactions of expenses or returns of goods in stores that are registered as sellers of Ukrainian goods, in accordance with the norms of Resolution of the CMU No. 952 of August 20, 2024. Other transactions are not transferred," the press service of PrivatBank noted at the request of dev.ua.
It added that "this is a standard card opening agreement at the core and that all banks do it, but not all of them explain it to customers."
A similar post of Oleg Horokhovsky in the bank is considered a competitive struggle.
