As dev.ua previously wrote, there are many IT professionals ready to invest in residential real estate today. According to a survey of the editorial staff among IT professionals, 80% plan to invest in real estate, and 13,3% are already investors. Most specialists are interested in residential properties. Interest in investing in commercial real estate is much lower.
And Polar Park is one of the new investment opportunities. These are five 25-story comfort-class buildings, united by a stylobate part with shops, service facilities and underground parking. Currently, sales of 1- and 2-room apartments in the first building are open.

According to analysts at Intergal-Bud, housing is most often purchased by male IT specialists aged 24–38. And the greatest demand is for three-room apartments costing $60,000–80,000.
