DOU has a record number of published vacancies, and Djinni has the largest number of offers from recruiters: what was the IT market like in July 2025

DOU

In July, for the first time since the beginning of the Great War, more than seven thousand vacancies were published on jobs.dou.ua, or more precisely 7,210, DOU reports .

Only in 5 categories was there a decrease in the number of vacancies:

• C++: 63 vacancies were published, which is 2 fewer compared to June;
• SAP: 15 vacancies (-4 vacancies);
• Unity: 20 vacancies (-2);
• Unreal Engine: 6 vacancies (-2);
• other: 84 vacancies (-12).

The number of miltech vacancies reached a record 533 vacancies in July. As did the number of reviews — 4,423.

1,500 more candidates responded in July.

Competition has increased in the following categories:

• Technologies: Java, Android, Node.js, Flutter, Unreal Engine, Salesforce, Golang, Scala, SAP;
• Technical roles: Product Manager, Tech Writer, Analyst, Engineering Manager, Data Engineer, Hardware, Other;
• Non-technical roles: Scrum Master, HR, Copywriter, Assistant, Legal.

The top five companies that posted the largest number of vacancies were:

• Genesis — 117 vacancies;
• SKELAR — 93;
• N-iX — 72;
• 427th OPBS Rarog — 63;
• PIN-UP Global — 53.

Djinni

In July, recruiters posted 12,228 job openings on Djinni. This is 1,700 more than in June.

The decrease is observed only in the following categories:

• PHP;
• Flutter;
• Golang;
• Security;
• Recuiter;
• Sysadmin.

In July, candidates received 88,000 offers from recruiters. This is the highest number in two and a half years, Djinni reports .

Top 5 categories by number of offers:

• Marketing — 14.85% of all offers (this share has been growing since the beginning of the year);
• Python — 6.04% (share growing for three months in a row);
• JavaScript — 5.75% (share decreasing for the third month in a row);
• DevOps — 5.7% (rose from 5th to 4th place);
• Sales — 4.5% (PHP was pushed out of the top).

The most offers per candidate are still received by Lead Generation (4.5 on average), and among technical ones, Data Engineer (3.9) and DevOps (3.8).
