During the quarter, 3,227 companies dropped from the list, while only 940 were added. The number of companies with closed data also decreased from 33 to 24, Opendatabot reports .
So, as of September 19, 2025, the "White Business Club" includes 6,619 companies (92.6%) and 530 individual entrepreneurs (7.4%). In both cases, the trade sector is in first place — 1,485 (22.4%) and 200 (37.7%), respectively.
There are 355 companies or 5.4% in the Tax Club that belong to the "Information and Telecommunications" category. This is 63 companies less than in July .
Also in this category are 19 individual entrepreneurs or 3.6% of the total.
By the way, the majority of the 530 individual entrepreneurs in the tax VIP club are men (60%), women make up 38%.
Among the regions, Kyiv is expected to lead — 1,689 companies (25.5%), Dnipropetrovsk region (631), Kyiv region (498), Lviv region (467) and Poltava region (311) also have a significant share.
20 companies on the list had revenues of over UAH 10 billion in 2024, another 220 had revenues of between UAH 1 billion and UAH 10 billion. The largest group is the group of companies with a turnover of between UAH 10 million and UAH 100 million, with 2,751 participants. Another 130 companies did not submit financial statements for the past year, and 24 remain with closed data.
On June 18, 2024, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in its entirety draft law No. 11084 on the peculiarities of tax administration during martial law — the so-called law on the "White Business Club".
The goal is to formulate a community of transparent, conscientious taxpayers who interact with the state on the basis of trust, predictability, and partnership.
Businesses on the simplified taxation system (STS), individual entrepreneurs, and residents of Diya City also have the right to join the List of Taxpayers with a High Level of Voluntary Compliance with Tax Legislation.
To be included in the "White Business Club", companies must meet strict criteria: in particular, they must have no tax arrears or violations of tax legislation for the past three years, timely submission of tax reports, a transparent ownership structure with open information about ultimate owners, and stable financial results.
