As reported by NovaPay, Oleksandr Savchenko will be responsible for the formation and implementation of the digital transformation strategy, synchronizing the development of products, business processes, and technologies.
"Digital transformation is not just about implementing new technologies. It is important that they help businesses work more efficiently, improve customer experience, and deliver measurable results. To do this, it is necessary to synchronize the work of different teams and consider changes comprehensively — from the business task to its implementation in processes and products," Savchenko noted.
The company emphasizes that the appointment is designed to strengthen the technological capabilities of the services.
"Digital transformation is not about separate IT projects, but about comprehensive work. Oleksandr’s experience will help us combine these areas, strengthen interaction between teams, and transform technological capabilities into concrete business results," commented NovaPay CEO Igor Prykhodko.

In particular, at Ciklum he was responsible for IT strategy, architecture development and technology consulting, and at GlobalLogic he led an engineering team on a project for an international banking software provider. In total, in his previous roles he managed teams of over 500 specialists and was responsible for projects in the areas of fintech, banking, retail, healthcare and security.
NovaPay is part of the Nova Group (together with Nova Poshta) and is the first non-bank financial institution in Ukraine to receive an extended license from the National Bank of Ukraine to open accounts and issue cards.
