However, others write that they cannot use the service. A screenshot of correspondence, supposedly with the Nova Poshta care service, was shared online, where an employee named Alina reported that there were difficulties in the system’s operation, but the service’s employees are already working on resolving the issue.

UPD 20.02.2025 17:50 To the request regarding system failures, Nova Poshta replied that everything was working as of 17:50. «The outage lasted 35 minutes and was not related to attacks or interference from external forces. We found the cause and fixed it,» the company’s press service later added.
