According to him, this could be every tenth free trip to Uklon for Kyivstar subscribers.
«This is being considered. There should be a maximum synergistic effect,» the speaker clarified to dev.ua.
«You can get an extra trip. Or an extra discount on a trip. Or if you use a certain number of trips, you get a discount on communication,» he continued.
According to him, Kyivstar will follow the same path here as with television, or any other service that is in the service provider’s ecosystem.
«The use of mutual discounts is a possible convergence. The first step was taken between fixed and mobile communications (a joint bundle was created — ed.), the second step was to add a TV product. All ecosystem services depend on data transmission, on the quality of communication,» the speaker said.
We will remind, last week the deal between Kyivstar and Uklon was closed. The price of the deal is $155 million.
According to Kyivstar CEO Oleksandr Komarov, this value has increased by about 20% from the one that the company had already seriously discussed with the supervisory board. The main driver was Uklon’s results, especially the dynamics of revenue for 2023.
