«They will help you search for information faster, work more productively, and save time. They will also improve customer service and increase sales,» the website says in the service description.
The company targets the new product for businesses in the fields of e-commerce, sales, IT, medical services, agriculture, marketing, manufacturing, and others.
There is no base price for the service. The price is determined after a consultation.
Here are some examples of using assistants:
- An AI-based assistant integrates into your website and helps customers. For example, it advises on products, selects options according to customer requests. It can also be integrated with internal company systems to optimize the work of the support service or call center.
- An assistant that works on an internal knowledge base and external data sources. It helps employees quickly find the information they need, learn, onboard, and work effectively with customers. It can organize all corporate instructions, documents, databases, etc.
- The assistant automatically composes personalized advertising messages for different communication channels. Keywords, parameters and offer conditions are used to create the message. The customer profile is also taken into account.
As a reminder, Kyivstar is preparing to launch a new version of its support chatbot, which will work on the basis of generative artificial intelligence. The first tests of the updated solution are planned for spring of this year, as Mykhailo Nestor, the company’s director of digital product development and Chief Product Officer at Kyivstar.Tech, announced in an interview with dou.ua.
The main feature of the new bot is its ability to effectively recognize the Ukrainian language and quickly solve users' problems. According to Nestor, it is a completely in-house development of the company, on which a team of 10 specialists, including a product manager, analysts, developers, and testers, is working.
