As he said at the Spring Business Forum in Lviv, the partner in the project is the founder of Morshynska and owner of the Mukko cheese brand, Mykola Kmit.
«Mykola invited me to build a cowshed for 2,000 cows. We are successfully building, in August we will launch the first phase and start purchasing cows,» said Kitsmey.
The IT entrepreneur is convinced: «if there is a market and the market has a shortage of milk, then you can enter this market.»
According to Zaxid.net, Mukko Milk recently began construction of an 18-hectare dairy farm on the outskirts of the village of Dolishne in the Morshyn community of Lviv region. According to open data, the future farm will have over 69,000 sq. m of total area, and its territory will include several cowsheds, a veterinary clinic, a feed warehouse, and other facilities.
Let us recall that in 2024, Taras Kytsmey, together with other owners of SoftServe Yaroslav Lyubinets, Oleg Denys, and Mykola Kmit, bought the «Plai» ski resort near Slavske.
