The line of home Internet tariffs will become part of "lifecell HOME" - a new direction of home services, which currently combines home Internet, convergent Lifeset 3in1 tariffs and lifecell TV, the company's press service reports.
The "Inet" tariff plan line is home Internet with speeds up to 1 Gbps and unlimited traffic for work, study, and use of digital services.
Home Internet works on the basis of GPON, Ethernet and DOCSIS technologies according to the available coverage. Depending on the technical capabilities at a specific address, the user receives the optimal technology
connection.
In locations where GPON technology is available, subscribers can use
non-volatile optical Internet, which, provided that user equipment has backup power, will work even during long power outages.
When connecting home Internet "Inet", the subscriber receives a standard set of equipment - ONT for GPON or modem for DOCSIS (depending on access technology) at no additional charge.
The "Inet" line, in particular, includes service packages "E", "Doc", "Gi", "Gig", "Gig Pro", "Double". The promotional price is from 100 UAH/4 weeks and depends on the speed, access technology and the presence of previous home Internet connections from the DVL group of companies at the address.
For new subscribers, promotional conditions for the start-up period are available with a subsequent transition to standard tariffs. The tariffs also include one or two free visits by a technician per year (depending on the tariff plan) to configure the equipment. For residents of apartment buildings, home Internet connection is provided at no additional charge.
The service is available to subscribers of all mobile operators and is fully managed online via the web office (and later in the "My lifecell" application) with a single phone number, even for multiple addresses. Users can independently check the available technologies at their address, choose a tariff, and schedule the date and time of the technician's visit.
