Ukrainian fitness app MadMuscles has a free training program for people with amputees and limited mobility
The MadMuscles app team has introduced a free adaptive program designed for people with amputees or limited mobility due to injuries, surgeries, or combat. The workouts were created in collaboration with the Games of the Unconquered community in Ukraine.

The program includes six adaptive categories with a variety of exercises, from strength and mobility to mindful breathing. They have clear instructions and videos, notes MadMuscles.
Daily workouts can be done anywhere and without the use of special equipment.
The training videos were filmed by veterans who are members of the Invictus Games community and have experience in recovery through sports. The course program was developed by coaches and rehabilitation specialists who were involved in preparing the national team for the international event Invictus Games 2025 in Canada.
To start using the program, you need to download the MadMuscles: Workouts & Diet app on iOS or Android and take a short test to determine your workout. When determining your main goal, you need to select the option "Adaptive program. Workouts adapted for limited mobility or limb loss."
