«Sometimes I think Grok 3 is terribly smart,» Elon Musk said, according to Bloomberg, referring to the billionaire’s words spoken today during a video conference at the World Government Summit in Dubai.
According to Musk, the future AI model is trained on synthetic data and is able to reflect on the mistakes it makes by looking back and forth through the data in an attempt to achieve logical consistency.
«We’re really in the final stages of polishing the Grok 3 and it’s probably going to be released in about a week or two, so pretty soon,» he said, adding that he doesn’t want to be «rushed» in releasing the model.
Speaking about the new chatbot model, Musk noted that Grok 3 has very powerful reasoning capabilities and during testing it outperformed «everything that’s been released that we know of.» «So that’s a good sign,» the billionaire added.
Musk also joked that he hopes AI will be kind to humanity in years to come.
