Thus, these businesses have joined the already quite large list of technology companies that will provide funds for this, writes Bloomberg.
Spokespeople for all three companies confirmed the upcoming donations on Thursday.
The software developers and search giant joined peers like Amazon and Meta Platforms, as well as OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, in donating to the new administration’s fund.
Bloomberg recalls that in 2017 and 2021, Microsoft was more modest and contributed $500,000 to inaugural funds.
As we previously reported, Apple Inc. CEO Tim Cook will also donate $1 million to the inaugural committee.
