This was reported by the Minister of Veterans Affairs, Natalia Kalmykova, in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
«This will not just be a part, but a complete separate digital space „Veteran Pro“, which will effectively complement the space in „Diya“. I hope that this week we will present this platform of the same name. It will be more informative in nature, where information about all services provided by the state, how to get them and where will be posted on one website,» Kalmykova noted.
She explained that the platform will allow people to choose their status (participant in hostilities, a person with a disability as a result of war, or a family member of a deceased person), after which information will be pulled up about the services available for this status.
«We continue to build digital services in „Veteran Pro“ in „Diya“, and the „Veteran Pro“ portal is a broader platform. After the launch, we will also upload all programs that are available at the regional level there, and then programs from businesses, from public organizations, from international partners, so that we have a single place where a veteran can come and see what is available. And from there he will be redirected directly to the platforms where he can receive these services,» Kalmykova explained.
She also announced the appearance of new services on the Veteran Pro platform in Diya — for example, according to Kalmykova, by the end of the year, compensation for «auto-civil» will appear there.
It is also planned to optimize the authorized person’s office in order to simplify obtaining automatic UBD status and make it easier for veterans to communicate in «Diya».
In addition to all of the above, Kalmykova announced the launch of a large comprehensive service that provides for obtaining all the necessary statuses, documents, and payments to a person after an injury with a single application.
«This is a digital solution that will greatly simplify the lives of our defenders,» the minister said.
Also in 2026, it is planned to connect the employment platform «Veteran Career» to «Veteran PRO» in «Diya»; add grants from the Ukrainian Veterans Fund; and the possibility of submitting applications for Upskilling and Reskilling.
As dev.ua wrote, back in July, it was announced that a new section, «Veteran Pro,» would appear in «Diya,» through which war veterans, as well as family members of fallen defenders and injured participants in the Revolution of Dignity, would be able to receive electronic services.
