«We have come a long way from an ordinary team of enthusiasts to a team respected in the world and feared by our enemies,» Marat Utyushev wrote, sharing his journey on Facebook.
Marat Utyushev is a career soldier who retired from the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2009. Then he began his journey in IT. Since 2014, with the outbreak of the war in the east, he has returned to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Already in December 2015, together with the participants of the NGO «Aerorazvidka», Marat Utyushev organized the military unit A2724, which became a technological unit, where they later created video surveillance systems along the entire ATO/JFO demarcation line and digital tools for its management, as well as other systems and tools for Ukrainian defenders, in particular, the DELTA ecosystem.
«Since 2022, the Innovation Center has been working on many successful projects, including the Avengers artificial intelligence platform for detecting military equipment and the UA DRONE ID protocol for integrating drones into combat systems. We are studying the experience of robotic operations and scaling it. We are teaching users the basics of cyber hygiene, working with the DELTA system, and the principles of ISTAR. It was from the Innovation Center that the teams of the Cyber Incident Response and Resource Management Center of the Defense Forces of Ukraine (SAP system) emerged,» writes Marat Utyushev.
The head of the NGO «AEROROZVIDKA» Yaroslav Honchar thanked the head of the Innovation Center for the common path, for professionalism, and for true brotherhood.

Marat Utyushev will be replaced as head of the Innovation Center at the Ministry of Defense by his deputy, Lieutenant Colonel Artem Martynenko, DOU writes, citing a message from TsIROT.
