Artificial intelligence will soon be available at Administrative Service Centers (ASCs), helping administrators serve citizens faster. The service is currently in the testing phase.
This was stated by the Minister of Digital Transformation Oksana Ferchuk during her speech at IT Arena.
The main goal of implementing the assistant is to simplify the work of ASC employees, as the network currently provides over 600 different types of administrative services.
"For new employees who have just come to work, it can be difficult to immediately find their way around, where to find the necessary information and how to quickly provide a service. The AI assistant will prompt civil servants with the necessary algorithms, which will allow them to speed up and improve the service for Ukrainians," explained the representative of the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
In addition, the Ministry of Digital Affairs is preparing to launch a unified Office AI platform for civil servants and an internal secure AI chat, which will operate on sovereign infrastructure and optimize bureaucratic processes in ministries.
As dev.ua wrote, the Ministry of Digital Affairs is also preparing to launch a voice AI assistant in the "Diya" mobile application.
Also, "Diya" launched a new agent service — checking credit history in a few seconds.
